    There's a lot of books out there on shooting fundamentals and this book is definitely beyond the fundamentals. I'm not involved in practical shooting, at least not competitively, but I'm always looking for something to make me a better shooter. This book provides a fresh perspective on shooting and transcends shooting at the same time. The lessons learned in this book can apply to shooting as well as to the rest of your life if focus and awareness are something you aspire to.

    Book is great and for the new tech savy generation having it on an "I" device is even better. Only thing that is irrelevant is a small portion about guns at the end. 22 yrs ago however.
